Return and Refund Policy
Delivery Signature
A signature will be required for most deliveries. If you prefer to waive this requirement, please email your authorization along with your order ID to eva@uniquemelody.org. Please note that customers assume full responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
Returns
Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process any refunds.
Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene and health concerns, all earpad and eartips sales are final, with no exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom IEMs, blind boxes, gift boxes, clearance sale items, and special orders are non-returnable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us with your order ID and reason for return. All authorized returns must be returned to us within 15 days after a return request has been approved.
International Orders: Returns are accepted only if the product is not as described. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Transaction Fees: Any non-recoverable transaction fees charged by credit card companies or PayPal will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Deductions: If free shipping was selected at checkout, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is not as described or becomes defective within 30 days, we will replace it with a similar product. After 30 days, it is covered under a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For expedited shipping orders, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
Orders with free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Credit card and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If the refund is still not visible, contact your bank, as processing times may vary before the refund is posted.

Warranty Transfer
Warranty transfers will be considered as used items to begin with. Warranty transfers only cover functional defects and any claims for cosmetic defects will not be accepted.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged at checkout on the day they are placed. You may cancel your pre-order within five days without penalty. After this period, a non-refundable transaction fee will be deducted from your refund, varying based on your payment method.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at eva@uniquemelody.org, and we will provide further instructions.
Auditions
For all audition inquiries, please email us at eva@uniquemelody.org. Once approved and scheduled, you must place an order as a deposit and include the note: "for audition" in your order.
When placing an order, you are responsible for shipping costs, which may vary based on your selected option. Since shipping rates are estimates, the actual cost determined by the carrier will be deducted from your refund at the end of the audition period.
The audition period lasts one day from the delivery date. After this period, the item will be considered a regular purchase.
To receive a full deposit refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. If any damage is found, a repair cost will be deducted from the refund. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
